About this piece: My layered fabric art is purely authentic using original techniques to create lasting, visually inspiring pieces. Farm animals. So very resourceful. Strong and wise in many ways. This ram brings to mind the movie, "Babe", and the mantra "Baa-ram-ewe to your breed, your fleece, your clan be true. Sheep be true. Baa-ram-ewe" Or, Polonius telling his son as he sets off to university in Act I Scene 3 of Hamlet: "To thine own self be true". I try to take this to heart with my art.

Where they find inspiration: I find inspiration in photography which has captured moments of whimsy in animals, people, and places. Zooming into the essence of the subject, or a tiny, unexpected, detail that delights the audience is the gift that I find joy in sharing.
